Horses can be used as armor for the battle of samurai, as well as farming tools and tools for farming and transportation. I have supported my life in various ways.
Therefore, the farmers had a special love as a member of the family who lived with horses, and that thought created the architectural style of "Southern Curved House". In addition, there are many Komagata shrines that enshrine horse gods in various parts of the prefecture, and in early summer, the largest agricultural horse festival in Japan, Chagu Chagu Umakko, is held, and you can still see your gratitude and affection for horses. can do.
In this special exhibition, we will look back on the history of "Nukanobu Suruma" and " Nanbu Koma" , which we now have less chance to interact with in our daily lives, and also introduce our relationship with farmers.
