Morioka City Predecessors Memorial Hall 72nd Special Exhibition "Businessman Yoshimasa Mita – Building the City and Human Resources of Morioka"
To commemorate the 90th anniversary of his death in 2025, the Morioka City Predecessors Memorial Museum will be showcasing Morioka businessman Mita Yoshimasa. Mita Yoshimasa left a significant mark on Iwate's industrial history from the Meiji period to the early Showa period. The agricultural and forestry businesses, regional revitalization projects, and educational projects that Yoshimasa worked on, including the Mita Gunpowder Sales Office, are still carried on today. Please take this opportunity to visit.
