Developmental Support Education Specialist Certification Course
The [Developmental Support Education Specialist Certification Course] is a one-day course that allows you to obtain the "Developmental Support Education Specialist" qualification. It introduces ideas and tips for supporting the daily lives of children with developmental disabilities and those in the "gray zone." To encourage the independence of children with special needs, you will learn not only how to create a supportive environment, but also how to communicate smoothly with children while teaching them about personal grooming (clothing management) and money management.
The new textbook, which has been in use since July 2025, incorporates original content on disaster preparedness, including earthquakes and other disasters, as well as issues of sexual abuse, to address disaster prevention and crime prevention. There are various approaches to developmental support. This course was created by a professional organizer and a professional developmental supporter. From our perspective as organizing professionals, we teach about supporting children's lives and independence. Organizing is not just about tidying up; it's about creating a harmonious environment for all aspects of a child's life. This course explores how to support children in developing skills such as how to interact with objects, communication with others, and financial and information management by the time they become adults.
