Morioka Geisha Parlor Experience Course (FY2026)

Why not experience the atmosphere of a traditional Morioka geisha house, enjoying the arts of these historic geishas and being enveloped in the friendly Morioka dialect?

Date and time/venue: ① Sunday, September 27, 2020, performance starts at 12:00 (doors open from 11:30)
Venue: Morioka Machiya Monogatari-kan Hamato Hall [Includes bento box lunch from a local restaurant] Participation fee: 6,600 yen (tax included)

② Sunday, December 6, 2020 Performance starts at 12:00 (doors open from 11:30)
Venue: Komaryu Restaurant [Includes lunch kaiseki meal] Participation fee: 9,600 yen (tax included)

③Sunday, February 7, 2020 Performance starts at 12:00 (doors open from 11:30)
Venue: Morioka Machiya Monogatari-kan Hamato Hall [Includes bento box lunch from a local restaurant] Participation fee: 6,600 yen (tax included)

*One soft drink is included for all dates; alcoholic beverages are available at an additional cost.
*Alcohol and other beverages will be sold at the Morioka Machiya Monogatari Museum.

Capacity: 36 people per session (all sessions) *Registration will close once the capacity is reached.
