5th time 15:00~16:00 (reception hours 14:50~15:00)
Contents: Grip strength, long sitting forward bending, standing on one leg with eyes open, walking for 6 minutes, body composition measurement (balance analysis measurement of muscle and fat mass, etc.)
What to bring: Clothes that are easy to exercise in, towel, drink, pre-medical questionnaire, etc.
Application period: Start accepting applications from September 5 (Monday) and close October 6 (Thursday)
