Career development course for mid-career and veteran employees – applications now being accepted!

Experienced mid-career and veteran employees who play a central role in the workplace are expected not only to utilize the knowledge and skills they have cultivated, but also to take on new roles such as training younger colleagues and contributing to the organization.

This course is designed for mid-career and veteran employees aged 45 and over. Participants will reflect on their own duties and strengths, reaffirm the roles expected of them in the future, and acquire the knowledge and skills to flexibly adapt to changes in their roles.

Furthermore, through lectures and exercises, you will practically learn how to advise, assist, and guide junior employees, as well as communication skills for building better relationships in the workplace.

Our lecturer will be Tetsuro Toki, a certified small and medium-sized enterprise management consultant with extensive experience in supporting businesses in areas such as human resource development, organizational revitalization, and production management. He will provide a clear explanation of how to leverage your past experience in your future career.
