Morioka Memorial Museum of Predecessors 64th Exhibition "Fukashi / Yotaro-Diplomat who connected Japan and the world-"
Introducing materials on the life and achievements of the father and son of Akira Sugimura and Yotaro, who were active as diplomats during the Meiji and Showa periods.
