Takehiko Sagawa Quartet featuring Akira Ishikawa
Thanks to our connection with Takehiko Sagawa, who is active both within and outside the prefecture, we will be holding a jazz live performance at VIVID.
The quartet will perform, with Mr. Sagawa at the forefront.
And this time, we'll be welcoming cornet player Akira Ishikawa, which will surely make for an even more profound concert.
There will also be a free jam session after the performance!

◉ Takehiko Sagawa (piano)
I discovered jazz while listening to Count Basie in high school. I joined the jazz club in college and started playing piano. At that time, guitarist Takaaki Miyanoue taught me the essence of bebop. Since then, after returning to my hometown of Iwate, I have been performing in hotel lounges and live music venues, and continue to do so to this day.

Since 1992, he has been based in Tohoku and has collaborated with musicians throughout the region.
