We are recruiting participants for our production site problem-solving course!
In production environments, even if there's a desire to eliminate waste and improve work efficiency, it can be difficult to know where to begin with improvements.
This course teaches the fundamentals of production management, enabling you to identify problems hidden in the production floor and acquire the mindset and practical methods for improvement. It clearly explains the "seven wastes" emphasized in the Toyota Production System, as well as methods for analyzing the current situation and implementing improvements. Through exercises, you will develop improvement skills that can be applied in the workplace.
The instructor will be Tetsuro Toki, a certified small and medium-sized enterprise management consultant who has provided support for numerous projects in areas such as production management, quality control, and process improvement. He will provide practical instruction based on his extensive experience gained in the field.
If you want to advance improvement activities, improve productivity on the factory floor, or develop the ability to identify waste, please join us. You will learn practical knowledge and improvement methods that can be used to solve problems in your production site.
