Try your hand at Edo-style string puppetry!

Schedule: (A) An experience combined with the Yuki-za performance in October

  • Sunday, October 4, 2026: 10:30-12:00 / 13:00-14:30 / 15:30-16:30 at Kaze no Studio
  • (Scheduled) Thursday, October 22nd, Morioka Machiya Monogatari-kan Hamato Hall

You can participate in the Yuki-za performance "Takuboku ~The Clouds are Travel Companions~"

Performances will be held on Friday, October 23rd at 6:30 PM, Saturday, October 24th at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and Sunday, October 25th at 2:00 PM (all at Morioka Machiya Monogatari-kan Hamato Hall).

(B) Three consecutive experiences other than attending a performance

  • Sunday, October 4th, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Kaze no Studio
  • (Scheduled) Saturday, November 14th, 13:30-17:30, Kaze no Studio
  • (Scheduled) Sunday, November 15th, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Kaze no Studio

Capacity: (A) Up to 20 people (B) Up to 10 people First-come, first-served basis

Target audience: (A) Elementary school 3rd grade to junior high school students (B) Adults (18 years and older)

Fees: (A) Free for participants (conditional on attending the performance) (B) 2,000 yen for adults (total price for all 3 sessions)
