I live in Kanagawa (my grandmother's house is in Ichinoseki).

My name is Aoi Yamauchi, a physical therapist and yoga instructor.

I also serve as the leader of the Jibun Yoga Club, a yoga club for the mind.

Well, this time…

Sobe's Cafe × Jibun Yoga Club collaboration has come true!

The workshop "Future Art" that was held in the Kanto region will be held at Sobe's Cafe.

The name is Wakuwaku [Future Art]

What is Future Art?

Instead of "Will it come true?"

Art that depicts the excitement of "This would happen 💕".

By making the future visible,

Get ahead of energy!

Your subconscious mind will navigate you to that future.

It's a magical art experience 💛

Aoi Yamauchi, Director of the Jibun Yoga Club

With 11 years of experience as a physical therapist, and having treated many people with injuries and illnesses, she gained a yoga qualification, believing that "health prevention is important." She holds popular yoga classes at local temples and her own salon. However, she is keenly aware that there are people who are not doing what they want to do, even if they are healthy, so she started her own group course, Jibun Yoga Club, which incorporates subconscious coaching, and self-realization consulting, encouraging people to "live their one and only life to shine in their own way."

Our goal is to create a world filled with people.
