Morioka City Predecessor Memorial Museum Collection Materials Exhibition "The World of Nakai Izumi"
Nakai Izumi is celebrating his 130th birthday this year (2022). We will exhibit dyed paintings, dialect postcards, southern paintings and votive tablets produced by Kuizumi, who was assigned to Morioka as an art teacher.
In addition, "Morioka Hina Dolls" will be held at the same time during the period. From the collection materials, we will release the precious Hina dolls donated by a long-established merchant house in Morioka city. Why don't you take this opportunity to taste the gorgeous "Hinamatsuri" of the old days? ("Morioka Hina Dolls" will be exhibited in the seasonal exhibition corner on the 1st floor in front of the reception until Sunday, April 24th.)
