~ Impressions of everyone who finished in July 2nd year of Reiwa ~

◆ I had a lot of discoveries and lessons when I participated this time. It seems that I can face the themes of "what kind of person am I?" And "how do I want to live?", Which I pretended not to see because of lack of time. I think that various difficulties and worries will continue to arise, but first of all, I would like to see this as an opportunity to put into practice what I have learned. I'm really thankful to you.

◆ Thank you for the start of the course of individual psychology in Morioka. (There is not much to learn in Iwate.) Thank you for taking a lot of time on the final day and teaching me to the end as planned. First of all, I will memorize the words that come out, look closely at things, listen carefully, and tell the other person in my own words. I would like to help separate the issues.

~ Impressions of everyone who finished January 2nd year of Reiwa ~

◆ for the dignity of the individual, it has become the era to be taken and that important compared to the old days. I think that the era of encouraging individuals with warm words, which is the exact opposite of "Please train your strong mental strength through harsh words and experiences," is expanding. What impressed me this time was the work of "getting out". By exchanging pleasant words with each other, I realized that my goodness and the happy evaluation from the other party improved my self-affirmation. I would like to be conscious of increasing the number of “Yoi” while refraining from “No”.

◆ This course is, it was good to tell me Ikaseru so in easy to understand real life by increasing the illustration. I would like to practice it so that I can understand it more deeply. Before changing other people, I wanted to review my own way of thinking and be able to take a positive view of anything. The stories of everyone who participated in the course were fun, and I feel that the time passed in no time. I'm really thankful to you.

◆ After taking this course, I was able to reconsider the way of thinking when interacting with people. I want to make use of what I have learned so that I can build better relationships at work and at home. I also want to be a person who can encourage those who are worried, in need, and depressed. There was a time when I myself was dragging a failure. By changing the way of thinking and perspective, we will develop the ability to think positively. Thank you, sensei.

~ Impressions of everyone who finished in the first year of Reiwa ~

◆ It was great to learn about Adler's encouragement through various practical trainings. Not only can I change my mind, but I can also give it to the other person, so I want to incorporate it into my real life. Thank you for all the help you have given me. Thank you very much.

◆ individual psychology is very deeply, to be overlapping the number of times, I have learned to feel really Do a good idea. From now on, I want to be a person who can encourage me well when I am at a loss for something, when I feel uncomfortable on my own, or when others are depressed. I would like to accept the negative habits of my own way of thinking and act and put it into words so that I can think positively. It was a really good opportunity.

◆ "their actions decide for yourself," Thank you for encouraging a lot "now there is the future". I hope I can practice encouragement for the people around me.

◆ and I was allowed to attend the individual psychology course, perceptions of things that I could not notice until now, became very study such as the way of thinking …. I want to make use of it in my daily life. It's important to be encouraged. I thought it was very important for me and the people around me. I will practice it. Thank you for your warm, kind and enthusiastic guidance.

I was able to learn practical content concretely, so I wanted to make use of it in my daily life. It was very easy to understand. Thank you very much.

◆ It was good to apply. The teachers, Mr. 〇〇, and Mr. 〇〇 were all really good people, and every time I came to learn, it was a lot of fun and it was a refreshing day for me. I wanted to learn more about Adler psychology than I am doing now. I think it's really useful for raising children, so I'm glad I learned now that my children are small.
