Actually, "being able to sleep" and "being able to rest" are not the same thing.

In this workshop, we will use sleep as a starting point to observe your current physical and mental state and consider self-care practices that are right for you.

Instead of passively learning "how to improve" sleep, start by understanding your own sleep patterns.

Why not listen to your body's signals and discover "self-care practices" that you can incorporate into your daily life?

Since this is a small-group event, we welcome solo participants.
