We will be holding the first "New Agricultural Professionals Fair in Iwate" for fiscal year 2026!

For those who want to start farming in Iwate, or those considering a new lifestyle or relocation to the area amidst abundant nature, the "New Farmers Fair in Iwate (1st Edition)" will be held on Sunday, August 30th at Kioxia Aiina in Morioka City!

On the same day, a "New Farmer Seminar" will be held at the venue. Starting with an introduction to essential farming support information, followed by case presentations from experienced farmers who have recently started farming, and introductions to participating agricultural corporations, you'll get a complete overview of the current state of agriculture in Iwate.

Furthermore, the "Individual Consultation Session" will feature multiple specialized booths. In addition to the "Job and Training Booth" where you can inquire about employment and training at agricultural corporations, and the "Municipal Booth" where you can learn about living and housing support in various regions, you can also receive individual consultations tailored to your needs, such as those on fundraising, skill acquisition, and "Consultation Corners for those looking to find farmland."

With free entry and exit, no resume required, and casual attire, this event is perfect for those seriously aiming for independence, as well as those who simply want to gather information and listen to what others have to say. Please feel free to come!
