Machiya Haunted House 2026

This year's haunted house will feature some of the winning ghost illustrations submitted by children, brought to life as three-dimensional ghosts! The submitted illustrations will also be on display on the 2nd floor of Taisho Warehouse.

Additionally, during the event period, there will be daily "Kaidan Muzura," a mysterious and spooky storytelling session.

Please come and visit the Morioka Machiya Monogatari-kan in Nataya-cho, Morioka City, to create some wonderful summer vacation memories!
