Araebisu Records Regular Concerts (First Half of Fiscal Year 2026 Schedule)

This is a record concert held on the third Sunday of every month, where you can enjoy SP records collected by Kodō Nomura played on a large phonograph called the "Victrola Credenza".

In May, the event will be held on the first Sunday, May 3rd (Wednesday, Constitution Memorial Day). (Please make sure you don't get the date wrong!)

This is an introductory session on Araebisu, led by our museum curator, aimed at those who are not yet familiar with Kodo and Araebisu.

Please feel free to visit us during your Golden Week outing.

April: Forms of Music 11
Mozart/Piano Concerto No. 26 "Coronation" in D major; Mozart/Symphony No. 36 "Linz" in C major; and others.

May: The Door to the Araebisu Collection ~An Introduction to Araebisu~
Beethoven/Violin Sonata No. 5 "Spring" selections, Beethoven/Symphony No. 9 "Choral" selections, and more.

*This will be led by a museum curator.

June: Forms of Music 12
Mozart/Violin Sonata in B-flat Major; Stravinsky/Ballet Music "The Rite of Spring"

July: Forms of Music 13
Mozart / Piano Sonata No. 11 (with Turkish March)
Rachmaninoff/Symphonic Dances and others

August: Forms of Music 14
Mozart/Flute Concerto in D major, Debussy/Symphonic Poem "La Mer", and others.

September: Forms of Music 15
Saint-Saëns / Piano Concerto No. 4 Saint-Saëns / Symphony No. 3 (with organ)
★Schedule for the second half of fiscal year 2026 will be distributed.

This is a special opportunity to enjoy the valuable SP records collected by Kodo.

Enjoy two full hours of nostalgic melodies.
