Kitakami Tenshochi 'Handmade Crafts, Bread and Sweets Festival'

This is the sixth time the event has been held, and over 100 specialty shops from inside and outside the city have gathered. There are many unique crafts, breads and sweets that can only be found here. It's an event that you can enjoy all day long, with candy throwing, stage performances, a flea market, and more.
