～Needle and thread～

I'd love to try sewing using needles and thread like an adult.

So, let's give it a try!

We will provide a variety of real needles, yarn needles, and toothpicks so you can choose the one that is easiest for you to use.

Cloth, felt, non-woven fabric, all sorts of things are sewn together.

Please come along whether you are a beginner or a sewing enthusiast!

[Materials] Needles, yarn needles, toothpicks, cloth, felt, non-woven fabric, cotton, etc.

[Recommended effects by child art therapists] Concentration, imagination, finger dexterity, perseverance, how sewing works, pain when a needle pricks you, excitement and curiosity, inspiration to see what will happen if you do it this way, confidence to think that yours is the best, the ability to think that everyone else's work is amazing too, satisfaction from being convinced, ability to play thoroughly, ability to enjoy yourself on your own.

There are no models or correct answers when it comes to play, so if you create an environment where you can leave it up to children, they will develop an interest and curiosity in various things and have fun, while accumulating experiences and hands-on activities.

●Target age: 3 to 9 children (free for children under 3 years old/also available for children over 10 years old)

*Please make sure that both parents and children come dressed in a way that they don't mind getting dirty.

*You can also stop playing when you get bored.
