Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Postnatal Exercises
We offer a class called "Mamatoki" that combines baby massage, baby yoga, and postnatal exercise.
Why not refresh yourself while enjoying some physical contact with your baby?
There is also chat time. It's okay if your baby cries!
Come enjoy exercise and socializing with other moms!
Date and time : 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month 10:30-11:45
Location : Etsuko SC Pal Culture Room
Suitable for : 2 months to 1 year old (up to 18 months if not walking)
Capacity : 5 mother-child pairs (no reservations required, first 5 pairs)
Participation fee : 500 yen (free for the first time)
What to bring : Your usual outing gear, comfortable clothes, bath towel *Yoga mats are provided
