Think about the Kitakami City Cultural Arts Promotion Ordinance

Prior to the enactment of the Cultural Arts Promotion Ordinance of Kitakami City and the formulation of the Cultural Arts Promotion Basic Plan, the following "Cultural Policy Seminar" will be held to learn the purpose of the Cultural Arts Basic Law and how to proceed with cultural policies in the future.
