[April 14th (Tue)] Baby and Postpartum Mom's Room: Yuzu and Mamatoki
Baby massage, baby yoga, and postnatal exercises
We offer a class called "Mama Toki" where you can do baby massage, baby yoga, and postnatal exercise all at once.
Why not refresh yourself while enjoying skin-to-skin contact with your baby?
There's also time for chatting. It's okay if your baby cries!
There will also be support staff to look after the event on the day 😊
Let's enjoy exercise and socializing with other moms!
Date and Time : Every second Tuesday of the month, 10:30 AM – 11:45 AM
Location : Ezuriko SC Pal Culture Room
Target age : 2 months to 1 year old (up to 1.5 years old if the child has not yet started walking)
Capacity : 5 mother-child pairs (no reservation required, first 5 pairs)
Participation fee : 500 yen
What to bring : Your usual outing essentials, comfortable clothing, bath towel. *Yoga mats will be provided.
