Baby massage, baby yoga and postnatal exercise

We offer a class called "Mama Toki" that combines baby massage, baby yoga, and postnatal exercises.
Why not refresh yourself while enjoying some physical contact with your baby?
There's also chat time, so it's okay if your baby cries!
There will be supporters watching over you on the day.
Enjoy exercise and interacting with other moms!

Date and time : 2nd Tuesday of every month 10:30~11:45

Location : Etoriko SC Pal Culture Room
Suitable for : 2 months to 1 year old (up to 18 months if not walking)
Capacity : 5 mother-child pairs (no reservations required, first 5 pairs)
Participation fee : 500 yen
What to bring : Your usual outing gear, comfortable clothes, bath towel *Yoga mats are provided
Hosted by : Yuzu Sato (Mamatoki instructor)
