Nakagawa Seminar "The Role of Culture and the Arts in a Shrinking Society" ~From the Perspective of Sustainable Community Development~

General participation is welcome!
We welcome participation from not only those involved in the arts and culture, but also the general public. Why not join Professor Nakagawa in discussing the current issues facing the local community?
Our region is facing a mountain of challenges, including population decline, a declining birthrate and aging population, isolation, disparities in access to culture and the arts, and the shift of school club activities to the local area. In this situation, what role can culture and the arts play, and how can they pave the way for the future of our region?
In this seminar, we will welcome Professor Nakagawa, a leading authority on cultural policy, to tackle these pressing questions. Let's discuss together how to create a sustainable community with culture and the arts at its core, from each participant's perspective!
