This is an event where you can enjoy the sounds of SP records on the phonograph "Victrola Credenza" owned by the Nomura Kodo/Ara Ebisu Memorial Museum, and the rich sound of the large speaker "Westminster Royal."

While working for the Hochi Shimbun (later merged with the Yomiuri Shimbun), Kodo Nomura was active as a writer and music critic called “Araebisu''. This year marks the 60th anniversary of Kodo's death in 1960 at the age of 80.
In this record concert, we will mainly listen to the songs played at Kodo's music funeral on a phonograph (SP Records).

The special exhibition commemorating the 60th anniversary of Kodo Nomura's death, “Requiem for Kodo Nomura – Music of farewell, words of remembrance -'' is being held until October 15th (Sunday). (Separate admission fee of 310 yen required)
