Morioka Predecessor Memorial Hall 66th Special Exhibition "People Gathering at the Nanbu Foundry Research Institute"
This exhibition introduces the Nanbu Metal Casting Research Institute, which was established by the 43rd head of the Nanbu family, Count Toshiatsu Nambu, with a focus on the first director, Muneaki Matsuhashi, and the successor, Manji Takahashi, the third. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the death of Muneaki Matsuhashi and the 80th anniversary of the death of the third generation, Manji Takahashi. In this exhibition, we will introduce through materials mainly the Nambu Foundry Research Institute, in which the two men were involved, and their predecessors who contributed to the development of Nambu Tekki.
