Think about the Kitakami City Cultural Arts Promotion Ordinance

Prior to the establishment of the Kitakami City Cultural Arts Promotion Ordinance and the formulation of the Cultural Arts Promotion Basic Plan, we will introduce the Kitakami City Cultural Ordinance (draft) to the citizens. While sharing the idea of cultural policy, we will consider how to proceed with town development that makes use of cultural arts while referring to the activity examples of panelists.

Part 1 Introduction of the Kitakami City Cultural Arts Basic Ordinance "Aims of Kitakami City Cultural Arts"

We will share the idea of Kitakami City's cultural policy through the presentation of the Cultural Policy Working Group.

Part 2 Panel Discussion "Human Development Town Development Dream Creation"

While referring to activity examples inside and outside the city, we will consider how to proceed with town development that makes the most of cultural arts.
