Hamato ZINE Market

"Hamafuji ZINE Market", a book event focusing on zines and self-published books, will be held on Sunday, March 9th!
A total of 19 exhibitors will be gathering zines and self-published books (poetry books, photo books, picture books, essays, reading goods, etc.).

A zine is a booklet made by an individual. It can be printed on a copy machine or bound by a printing company, and can have a variety of themes and genres.

On the day, there will also be a workshop by printmaker Natsuki Abe to make a "Daifukucho"-style memo pad.

Workshop [Making a "Daifukucho"-style memo pad]
Lecturer: Natsuki Abe (printmaker)
Venue: DOMA, 1st floor of main building
Participation fee: 500 yen per person Reception: ①11:00-12:00 ②13:30-14:30
*Work time is approximately 60 minutes per session. *Maximum of 6-8 people can take the course at the same time. *Tools and materials will be provided.
*Sewing needles will be used in the production process. Elementary school children in the lower grades must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
