Iwate Job Matching Fair in Southern Iwate
This initiative is aimed at all students and working adults seeking employment in Iwate Prefecture, and aims to match students with major companies in the southern part of the prefecture, where the manufacturing industry is gathering and securing human resources is an issue, and to encourage people to settle and become established in Iwate Prefecture.
We will be holding the "Iwate Job Matching Fair in Southern Iwate Prefecture."

○ Company information sessions and interviews by companies in the prefecture ○ Information provision on policies related to relocation and settlement by local governments within the jurisdiction of the Southern Regional Development Bureau, and on companies within the jurisdiction
<Exhibitors (planned)>
○ 68 companies with offices in Iwate Prefecture and job openings for full-time employees (permanent staff) *Companies with workplaces within the jurisdiction of the Southern Iwate Regional Development Bureau will be exhibiting.
○Municipalities under the jurisdiction of the Prefectural Southern Regional Development Bureau (Kitakami City, Tono City, Ichinoseki City, Oshu City, Kanegasaki Town) and related organizations (Job Cafe Sakura, Job Cafe Oshu)

*If you apply in advance on the Iwate Hometown Settlement Foundation website, you can be accepted smoothly on the day, but walk-in participation is also possible.

〇 Tips for choosing a company! ~ Choosing the right company for you starts with knowing yourself ~
[Format] Seminar [Time] 12:30-13:30
[Contents] By objectively summarizing your potential professional abilities, strengths, and values, you can find the direction for your job search!
[Application] Please apply using the advance application form for this fair (maximum 20 people, first come first served).
〇 Consultation by nationally qualified career consultants [Format] Individual consultation [Time] 14:00-16:00
[Contents] One-on-one consultation corner (approximately 30 minutes per person) with a nationally qualified career consultant, who is a career expert. We will support you in your job hunting by helping you understand yourself through the creation of a job card, such as your strengths, values, and future direction that are difficult to clarify on your own.
[Application] Reservations will be accepted at the venue from 1:30 pm after the seminar ends.
<Support for travel expenses for job hunting>
There is a system to support travel expenses for those coming to the Matching Fair from outside Iwate Prefecture!
[Amount of payment] Residents of the Tohoku region (excluding Iwate Prefecture) 5,000 yen Residents of other regions 10,000 yen [Procedures] After registering as a user on the Iwate Hometown Settlement Foundation website, fill out and submit the "Job Hunting Travel Expenses Support Application Form 1" obtained from the website, or

[Payment limit] There is a limit of two times per person per fiscal year.
<Measures against various infectious diseases>
○If you have any cold or other symptoms, please refrain from attending.
Wearing a mask is at the discretion of the individual.
○Other infectious disease prevention measures will be taken appropriately in accordance with the regulations of the venue, Hotel City Plaza Kitakami.
