It's a small, black, shiny insect that can transform into a perfectly round shape!

The gentle shape of pill bugs is very attractive!

Let's put ourselves in the pill bug's shoes and build a home for it.

Do you want a fluffy bed? A bath? A two-storey house?

The pill bugs themselves may be a nuisance, but children's imaginations are amazing!

[Materials] Empty boxes, caps, cores, straws, paper, tape, pens, etc.

[Recommended benefits from a child art therapist] Observation skills, ability to consider the feelings of a pill bug, interest in the ecology of insects, compassion, imagination, spatial awareness, concentration, excitement and curiosity, the power of inspiration to think about what will happen if you do it this way, confidence to believe that you are the best, the ability to think that everyone else is amazing too, satisfaction from being convinced, ability to play thoroughly, and ability to enjoy yourself.

There are no models or correct answers when it comes to play, so if you create an environment where you can leave it up to children, they will develop an interest and curiosity in various things and have fun, while accumulating experiences and hands-on activities.
