Management & leadership, EQ development, etc.

Lecture 3: Communication skills necessary for leaders 1

Communication to enhance leadership, generational approach methods, etc.

Lecture 4 Communication skills necessary for leaders 2

Motivation and motivation, goal management, the type of management required now, etc.

Fifth Moment: Sharpen your insight to create teamwork

The perspective needed as a leader, what it means to build a functioning team, etc.

[Aim of this course]

●Knowing that women's characteristics are leadership qualities, we develop female leaders who can play an active role with confidence in organizations and groups while drawing their own image of a leader that leverages their own strengths .

●Leaders are required to view things from diverse perspectives and unite members to carry out work. Students will learn based on themes that foster this "diverse perspective."
