●We develop female leaders who understand that women have leadership qualities and who can confidently thrive in organizations and groups by envisioning their own unique leadership style that makes use of their strengths .

●Leaders are required to see things from "diverse perspectives" and bring members together to carry out their work. You will learn based on themes that foster this "diverse perspective."
