Sports classroom one point lesson

It is recommended for those who are interested in sports classes but have not been able to participate.
No prior application is required, so you can participate at your own convenience, such as when you are in good physical condition or when the weather is good.
It is free for the elderly and people with disabilities.
* Elderly people and persons with disabilities who do not have a member's card of the museum are requested to bring a certificate confirming their age or a disability certificate.

◆ In the classroom at the gymnasium, please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own shoes.
◆ Please bring a swimsuit, a swimming cap, goggles, and towels for the classroom at the pool.
