Morioka comprehensive sports circle “Minspo”

This is a sports circle in Morioka City that plans about 7 sports for residents of Iwate Prefecture.

Events offered include volleyball, soft volleyball, basketball, futsal, badminton, table tennis, and soft tennis.

You can participate in a variety of events, from ball games to individual competitions.

Since it is tailored to beginners, all events are done at a relaxed pace (^-^)

Most of the members are in their 20s and 30s, but it seems like there is a wide range of people from teens to 60s, and they all participate in the events they want to do. It is OK to bring children under elementary school age.

The schedule is as follows.

*We do not accept solicitations for network business.

*Since there are many beginners, we ask that you be able to handle the work with care.

★Table tennis

Date and time: October 29th (Sunday) 15:00-17:00

Participation fee: 200 yen

Contents: Repeat the doubles game after upping the game with random hits. There are 8 table tennis tables and rackets available for rent.

★Basketball

Date and time: October 30th (Monday) 19:00-21:00

Participation fee: 200 yen

Contents: Each player practices passing and shooting, then repeats the game.

★Soft volleyball

Date and time: November 3rd (Friday) 15:00-17:00

Participation fee: 100 yen

Contents: Practice passing and then repeat the game.

​

★Badminton

Date and time: November 4th (Sat) 15:00-17:00

Participation fee: 300 yen

Contents: Repeat the doubles game after upping the game with random hits. There are 4 courts and rackets available for rent.

★Volleyball

Date and time: November 6th (Monday) 19:00-21:00

Participation fee: 200 yen

Contents: Practice passing and then repeat the game. Two courts will be used.

Participation fee: 200 yen

Contents: Practice passing and then repeat the game. Two courts will be used.

★Table tennis

Date and time: November 18th (Sat) 15:00-17:00

Participation fee: 300 yen

Participation fee: 100 yen

Participation fee: 100 yen

Participation fee: 300 yen

★Soft volleyball
