Jazzercise for dance fitness ✨

Classes are held 5 times a week at the Yahaba Town Activity Exchange Center Yaha Park, which is a 1-minute walk from the east exit of Yahaba Station 💪🏻

A one-hour workout that combines aerobic exercise with strength training and stretching.
