63rd Hara Takashi Memorial Exhibition "Hara Takashi and Daijiji"

Fukujuyama Daijiji Temple, known as Hara Takashi's Bodaiji Temple, is a famous temple in Morioka that has been in business for 300 years. Knowing that his ancestors were taken care of by Daijiji, Hara donated the cost of rebuilding the mountain gate and building the main hall. In this exhibition, we will introduce the history of Daijiji Temple and its relationship with Hara.

[Holding period] June 25th (Sat) -September 11th (Sun), 2022

[Holding time] From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (admission is until 4:30 pm)

[Closed days] Every Monday (in the case of public holidays, the next weekday)

* The museum will be temporarily open on August 1st and 15th.
